My name is Bogdan Woroniecki, CITM.
I am Certified International Tour Manager and I am the President and the owner of this company. To some of you my name is maybe unusual because I am from Poland. I was one of those people, who shacked the communists in Poland and one of those first peoples, who did organized the biggest workers union in the world "Solidarity". As a young man I did not hesitate to stand up for what's right. Then I ended up in the US in 1982. There were ups and downs in my life story, but never on the wrong side of the law. For the most of my presence in US I worked behind the wheel commercially. My adventure with the tours started in 1977. At that time I was only 22 years old. I was the youngest tour bus driver in the world. I can't imagine hiring anyone at that age to be a tour driver, but I was. I would never hire anyone at this age to drive a tour bus.
Now, after all those years, my hair is not as beautiful any more. In fact, it is hard to find any on the top of my head. That's OK. Over the years I lost my hair but, I gained an experience. This is very powerful and important tool. Now, I created the tour company called "FLAGA Tours and Charters, LLC". This company is not big yet, but is big in experience. For the past three decades I've been working for the companies, which has been set basically to make a big profit with very little regards to their customers and employees. I am different.
