Tour Pickup Info
In order to avoid long waiting time during the tour pickup we have a designated times and locations on the Las Vegas Strip and Las Vegas Downtown area.
At this time we have 8 pickup locations. They are as follows:
NEW YORK NEW YORK - Pickup time: 0630
New York New York location is for the customers mainly from the following hotels: NYNY, Monte Carlo, MGM, Polo Towers. However you can choose any location for your pickup. Please let us know about in advance. Tour pickup is located on the North side of the hotel. There will be no refund for missing the tour pickup. An other day tour can be scheduled, but we don't guarantee availability for the day you would try to choose. Your tour driver is using a satelite time used by cell phone companies. This will be the official time of the tour. Please remember that Las Vegas is in the Pacific Time Zone and all tour schedule and tour operation will be done in Pacific Time Zone, even during the visitation Mountain Time Zone locations to avoid any miscomunication.
LUXOR - Pickup time: 0635
Luxor location is for the customers mainly from the following hotels: Luxor, Mandalay Bay, Excalibur, Tropicana, Hooters. However you can choose any location for your pickup. Please let us know about in advance. Tour pickup is located on the North West side of the hotel. There will be no refund for missing the tour pickup. An other day tour can be scheduled, but we don't guarantee availability for the day you would try to choose. Your tour driver is using a satelite time used by cell phone companies. BELLAGIO - Pickup time: 0645
Bellagio location is for the customers mainly from the following locations: Bellagio, Jockey Club, City Center, Planet Hollywood, Caesar Palace. However you can choose any location for your pickup. Please let us know about in advance. Tour pickup is located in the hotel bus terminal. There will be no refund for missing the tour pickup. Please let us know about in advance. Tour pickup is located just outside of the Valet area. There will be no refund for missing the tour pickup. Circus Circus location is for the customers mainly from the following hotels: Circus Circus, Riviera, Encore, LVH (Las Vegas Hotel). However you can choose any location for your pickup. Please let us know about in advance. Tour pickup is located on the East side of the hotel accross the taxi pickup. There will be no refund for missing the tour pickup.
